Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. During high demand month's orders can take longer then expected. If after 20 days you still have not received your package please get in contact with us. We are not liable for shipping service delays, but will work with you to make things right. At the end of the day customer happiness is our top priority. If any problems arise we will do what we can to make it right.
